Re: Friendlies
1-1 last night and a good runout, especially for the young lads.
Bucko played centre mid (against Danny coid!!),with Shay and Bruna. Nice to see some good football on a terrible surface with young Liam again catching my eye. The left back looked a powerful lad, not really noticed him before, will have to note his name. Need to get some of them out on loan and see how they develop. Liam could hold his own in the conference now !!, |
Re: Friendlies
Well my first friendly last night away at Ashton, why it wasn't even publicised on the website is beyond me?
A mixture of academy and first team lads on show..... Finished 1-1. 1st half keeper had a shocker, not sure which it was, 2nd half keeper was great. Buxton looked like he was back to almost full fitness which is great to see :) |

Re: Friendlies
To be fair the keeper came for a ball from a cross and didn't get no where near it.
Not much to choose between them, but I like keepers who come for crosses and don't get stuck on their line. Another tough decision for coley !!. Agree Bucko is getting fitter, played well in midfield, although the opposition were poor. |
