I don't understand what the club were thinking about when they let this young lad go 'by mutual consent'. Especially after bringing him through the academy.
What's the betting he'll get snapped up by a higher league club & Skem will reap the benefit.

If he was scoring in the National League for maybe Southport or someone then I would question the departure of Hazeldine.

I can't say the same about the NPL or whatever it's called nowadays.

Is Luke Wall also on loan there???

Re: Former Players!

He looked unreal against Colne last pre season (the only time I've seen him play) but Coley 9 times out of 10 gets it right on releasing players!

Who's gone on to do better that Coley has released? Just off the top of my head I can only think of Alan Navarro who played for Brighton!

to be honest how long can the club realistically keep players just in the hope they will make it at our level. carver and dawber come to mind and they seem to have found their level in the conference north. if their are not going to make it move em out and try new youngsters in their place. sounds harsh but you,ve got to realise not all the youngsters make it here or anywhere else for that matter.

Should Bastien Hery be included in this thread?
Does anyone know why he never seems to appear in any team or on the bench yet is still listed on the Fishy site as a squad player?
Très étrange, mes amies?
