If the game is played won't the possibility of a match between two good footballing sides not be reduced to one decided by who makes the least mistakes on a waterlogged surface ??
Seems that the Managers and Players are willing to put limbs, and reputations at some risk !.

looking at the pitch inspection, it shows a ball kicked in the centre circle stopping dead in a puddle of water, the game could have and should have been called off hours ago

It was the club twitter. There was a video of the pitch inspection and there is no way it would be on
