mentioned him to coley a couple of years ago when on loan to stockport from everton. my lad raved about him when he was there and understood myself after seeing him a couple of times. glad to see him here although he is a centre half by trade and not a left back.

Centre half signing wouldn't be such a bad thing, only have 3 at the club with 1 on loan, an injury could make things really tricky.
Still, priority should be a central midfielder and left back/midfielder/winger type player

Thornily has a good contract offer from his parent club. Can't see anything other than a return to the Owls where they can monitor his groin injury.
