The minority of £10k a week could still be too much for stanley, and if one of teh other 71 clubs signs a loan player, it doesn't mean stanley would be able to, and there are 71 other clubs to compete against.

What have Spurs got to do with Ross?? He left us & signed for Doncaster, didn't impress much from all accounts & is now playing for Nuneaton although out on loan at Stratford at the moment

Ross went from Nuneaton to Stratford on a month's loan in September 2018 and stayed to the end of last season, playing in the same team as Wilson Carvalho. He's not listed in either squad this season.
