Didn’t think it possible but my respect for Andy Holt has gone up.

Really don’t see much difference between fans behaviour that can lead to a club having to play behind closed doors (fighting, running onto the pitch, flares, any shouted “-ism”) and what these morons did.

hope the spitter gets a long ban from football plus a court case. far worse an action than hitting a player or racial abuse for me.

From a Sunderland forum last night seems to be in the water on the west coast , sad for our region to have these incidents

A flare thrown into the stand below them as well as a group of fans kicking and punching cars that were coming into the stadium prior to kick off.
