Haven't seen any weather news yet so bit of a surprise when just switched on. Tenner will carry over to re-arranged game I assume - so long as they don't play it on a Sat when both out of FA Cup !

I've had a good favorable response in the past using their live chat facility. Its worth a try.
I normally take a photo of the live text as it includes the name of the person you are dealing with.
