Re: Accrington -v- Blackpool

I drove up from Bristol again for this one - and I'm sure pleased that I did. What a fantastic game! The never-say-die attitude of the whole team was brilliant. During the drive home, I was trying to decide on Stanley's Man of the Match - what a difficult decision that would be. Maybe Rob Elliott for his penalty saves, but Andy Todd was also outstanding. Thankfully, the Millennium Stadium will be much nearer to home for me.

Talking Re: Accrington -v- Blackpool

What a fantastic result for Stanley !!!

I was following score updates on the BBC Teletext and did not know that Stanley had won till a few minutes ago, as I switched off with 5 mins remaining when we were 4-3 down (thinking - this is the third successive match we have lost with a goal 5 mins from time ! ).

How wrong could I be !!!! I should of course never have doubted the team's fantastic fighting spirit, and this has to be a great confidence booster !

Congratulations on a marvellous team performance !!!

Oldham or Crewe to put right the wrongs from previous dealings. Anybody at home. Not Mansfield away

Brilliant game last night -only just thawed out but it was well worth it! All the lads played their hearts out but special mention must go to Toddy, Andy Proctor and of course Rob Elliott. Can't think which was the best bit, the game flowed so fast I couldn't keep up at times but seeing Rocky score the fourth has got to be up there, bless him he was chuffed to bits. Can't wait for the draw on Saturday - would love to draw Donny Rovers or Crewe, would love to avoid Chester

Re: Accrington -v- Blackpool

you place an opinion on here about players leaving the club. then people remove karma. nameless, faceless, spineless people.
well i'm usually on the clayton end in a lamberetta parka and stood with spud.
perhaps you would like to come and call me negative to my face and we'll have a little chat.
too many little boys on here, with not enough foresight!!!!
