Alty will be joining us in the conference next season they beat eastbourne today 2-1.

Well done Alty. (god that was hard to say!!!)

Bizzarely this means that Forest Green Rovers should be playing in the conference NORTH next season!!!

Well lets hope with the changes in the squad we can perform against all teams regardless of their position. The mighty warriors home and away, the club to be feared in the 05/06 season........ I can see the headlines now....

Altrincham will be very strong next season.

Think about it . . .

Thousands of disaffected refugees from Glazer Utd will be looking for another team to support, and hundreds of them will inevitably gravitate to Moss Lane.

Lots of local (Greater Manchester) sponsorship money will also flow in the same direction ; after all, it IS where Man U Reserves have put in many an appearance and it's half-way toward the stockbroker belt of Cheshire.

Yes, we might gain a few supporters, and Wigan will gain many more, but I can see Altrincham starting next season with more than a little spring in their step and money in the bank.

So long as we dont come away with more flags than we went with this time

Alty will bring a lot of fans here and thats the problem... theres only two things that alty fans are bothered about.. how many more fans they have than everyone else and banging on about there history....
