has anybody got a copy of this that I can borrow please?
its a red book by Darren Woodheaad printed a few years ago and I can't find my copy so I'm beggared if i'm buying another!

I wonder if you are confusing it with the books by Ron Hill the Clayton Harrier/world record holder at one time . He's written two - The Long Hard Road Pts 1 & 2. Check the County Library's website under 'catalogue' using the title only. Check Darren's website -' Lancashire Books' There are 2 companies using this title) He is on the phone Lives Selby Close.
