Re: Bury

andy howarth and deano played at blackburn together from the age of 10 ! ,upto the age of 16 he was the golden child, and had fantastic natural ability. He lost his way when he had to leave home and move into the academy lodgings, glad to see him starting to build a career as along with david holliet,he was the best young player i saw play.

Re: Bury

Must say I was relieved when he was subbed as he looked the one Bury player who could do us some damage. Cheers, Mr. Knill

Re: Bury

Agreed Howarth's got loads of potential. What Knill should have done is took Jones off on the other side move Howarth over and moved Ajose wide into Howarths position. My big problem with Knill is that hes got no plan B and is subs rarely make a difference.

Re: Bury

I think Stanley have found a secret weapon in their search for goals !
Take a look at the photo in the match report on the Stanley website
ASFC News Story > 3777

Proccy obviously had a spare match ball concealed under his shirt, ready to knock into the net if Jacobson's header missed the target.
This tactic could save a fortune in transfer fees.
