Court case for Accrington Stanley

My friend in London has just rung
he is at the court
the case is listed in the winding up list
court 53
case number 5 and will start at 10-30am

If they are in talks with reps from tax dept it may not be heard at 10 30

Hopefully everyone there will be given enough time to say their bit to the taxman and reach an agreement before they go before the judge

I think Stanley are expecting their payment from the Football League at the end of October, they have probably promised this to the taxman. Good news though so I can still go to Grimsby on Friday.
