Re: FA Trophy

having watched us only seconds away from defeat ourselves - I'll keep my Halifax / Morecambe reaction to a wry smile. It does of course mean that 2 of our challengers don't have the distraction of extra games. Perhaps I need to pour myself a whiskey and cheer up eh ! - purely medicinal you understand.

Re: FA Trophy

think I would have preferred a defeat. Last time we got beat off mediocrity we went on a 10 match unbeaten run in the league.

Re: FA Trophy

Oh dear, they just can't stick to their own message boards. Lets face in Morecambe_Red, who was laughing at us when we lost to Worcester in the FA Cup. Just face the fact, your not good enough for the league yet, we are on merit at this moment in time. We have no team to fear in the Conference. Oh and to the York fan who wrote to the NLP letters in Friday's edition, Jealousy is an ugly word, but by gum they are jealous over in Yorkshire. Says Accy could have had 3 different results if referees had stuck to the letter of the law and sent off 3 of our players in different games. Now what about all the times we are denied clear cut chances etc etc and players are not sent off against us. Face it, the referees and the assistants in every league are crap at some point. That idiot in the Manchester derby was more blue than the colour of City's shirts yesterday.

Re: FA Trophy

If we beat Carshalton in the replay on Tuesday night it means the away game at Aldershot on the 4th February also has to be re-arranged. Usually to a weeknight!
