Re: Plymouth (H) match thread

Chuck away a scoreline like that and we would deserve to go down.

I may have to change my data validation rules to let me put "Stanley 5" into my Prediction League spreadsheet

Played well to a man if anyone had said beforehand 5-1 i would have said yer pished. Sean Mac i never seen play as well he was truly MAGNIFICENT this aft and for once i thought the MoM went to the correct bloke, also thought he was very good unselfishly passing on to Armstrong to score when i'm sure he would have scored another, well done LADS

Lets get real, staying in League1 with our resources is a tremendous achievement, imho

Re: Plymouth (H) match thread

Brilliant result. Well done to all the squad and management for an outstanding, if nerve wracking, season.

Re: Plymouth (H) match thread

Excellent today, a confidence boast from the win the previous game and a bit of luck helped us on our way. The later goals particularly 3rd one was excellent forward play exposing the gaps in the visitors defence. Sean was back to his best. Armstrong was a handful all game. Thrilled Stanley have successfully managed to stay in Third tier. Clearly changes will be needed regarding players to improve next year but this group deserves a well done for keeping us up this year. Only slight quibble no parade to celebrate the last game of season but imagine most wanted £ a pint anyhow!
