Training on match days?

Can't believe that you lost tonight. Makes me nervous for our game on Saturday.

I know Coley is a man who likes to do things his way, but I find it hard to understand how a team can be training on the afternoon of an evening game.....as your guys did today.

Was passing your excellant training ground on business and couldn't believe what I was watching. Incredible!

Re: Training on match days?

They've been doing this all season. It will be just light training and working on set pieces. It paid off in that respect as both our goals tonight came from set pieces - just a pity that neither Mully nor Craney could even hit the target when through one-on-one with the goalie.

if mullen had to run to reach the target there would be no chance, he's like a giant slug, waits for the ball to come to him. ok he gets the goals, but the goalie has to be in pause position, otherwise he has no chance.

Rory should not have been played last night, it was clear at half time he was in agony - when we got there & heard he was starting, couldn't believe it & still can't understand it!!
