From what I hear, Lee has accepted a pay off from Wrexham of about a quarter of his remaining year's salary, and therefore now holds his own registration. Apparently, he wants to move back to Lancs. If he was to re-sign for Stanley there would be no fee involved.

If McEvilly lives up to his potential at last and plays the way he can, he will be the best signing we've made in a long time (and I've been very impressed with Miles, Carden and Roberts in the few friendlies I've seen).
McEvilly has the ability to put the fear of God into defenders, even those monsters we were up against last season. The only concern I have is his inability to get along with people, which has been well documented. However, this is a fresh start for him and I wish him all the best. We'll all be happy if he's successful.

Speaking as someone who didn't vote in the above poll,'cos I thought that there was no chance of it happening, I would just like to say that I would be absolutely delighted to see him back. It could be a first-class move, both for the club and for Evil himself.
