Roger Colbridge became Drum Major in 1920 at age 15. My mother new him well, he was still going when I left in 1967. John Tinnions wife was called Nellie.

I have been under the illusion for over fifty years that it was then. The other alternative would be 1960 when or 1961 when I took a leave of absense after getting married. Then Roger Colbridge came to my house in Gt. Harwood and persuaded me to come back.
