Interesting photograph, but what does the machine do? I don't see a blade or bucket on it. Maybe they attach that when they arrive at the site. I suppose it needs its own low loader to get there as well!

I suppose that the two Juggernauts will have to travel at EXACTLY the same speed. Bit tricky that? ...especially considering how big the thing is...

It has something to do with bridge building for flyovers, we saw this being brought in after a section collapsed.
