Laneside farm
Moss Lane
Accrington

would that be Accrington or Altham ??

Laneside farm Accrington does it still exsist ?? If it does, anyone know who farms it now. I was looking for a family called Riley who lost a son William in 1918

Lock Street well I was near!!!
St Mary's youth club held in the hall/gym and then to Lock street about 1963. I remember the Empire as well even when it was a picture house those Brown velvet...

Well just read through all of this thread and Mr Vandome stood out, always a well dressed Headmaster. Fred Atkinson used to be the Engineer at the Mill just up coal pit lane, his daughter was Jean...

Pickup Arms was the first drink, but regular was the St Ledger used to walk down from the Tech when on day release, which extended into Night School
