theres probably a better way but you could take a snapshot of the picture in acrobat then paste that into paint and save it as a jpeg, that worked for me :)

Possibly the graphics card is overheating, try running the games with the side off the case and see if that improves it. Also those cards need to have a power lead plugged into them from the psu so...

the program has to be downloaded, then it installs and checks if you have a genuine windows installation and if its genuine you wont have a problem, unless I am mis-understanding what you are saying...
