I agree about the practice managers but if they are not doing their jobs properly its the Doctors fault.

You have to blame the Doctors not the staff, it's their surgery and they are responsible for making sure things run as they should. People must be telling the Doctors how poor it is so the Doctors...

We have been up to yours a couple of times when we wanted to see a specific Doctor. They said he was up there so I said no problem, when can I go up and see him :D

We always get a Doctors appointment over here in Gods Country when needed. I had to explain to the Surgery manager a couple of times a few years ago that because I work in Liverpool I can't phone in...
