Sorry folks if I can't be more helpful. The acoustics in court 53 of the RCJ are not the best, and even worse when Counsel speaks from the back of the room. However, I'm pretty sure the 100K is PFA ...

I should add that Rob, Illias and co were late in coming into the court and as such could not get a seat...they'd to stand at the back with their brief.

OK Chaps and Chapesses, I'm Micks mate who was at the court. These are some of the notes I took:

1) Don O'Neil, Rob, Phil Whalley, Ilias Khan were present and met beforehand with the brief.
