this is a two layer picture, I duplicated the original layer and added a sepia colour cast using Levels. Then I applied a layer mask and painted it so that the face from the original layer shows through. This keeps the colour on the face as natural but has the lovely dreamy "50's" film star look due to the sepia toning.
