I recently received a Parking eye letter through post after playing football at the soccer dome, is it as simple as going in and telling them that I was playing football and didn't realise that I had to enter my details ect...?

I wonder if you go up Oakbank Drive to your house,
I saw a chap carrying a camera coming out from Oakbank recently and he had a dog similar to the one in your photo and just wondered if it was you.
