Hello Mog. I have read all of it, I have requested stories photos and anything else. I am sure I wont be inundated I would like to be though. I have tracked down and spoken with about seven from the band and connected with them already. I have lots of material on the band but I was not there at the time. Book project with many images and interviews is being worked on as we speak.

Please do ask around and I am ready to have anything sent to me or happy to call and chat to people.

are you sure it wasnt terry beardsworth you mentioned,his mum and dad lived on belfield rd and he was the oldest of 4 kids brothers name steven and sister ann,the sister younger than him i cant remember.

Mrs ormrod was always waiting for me and anothe girl who used to go see our horses in our lunch hour up west end of ossy, of course we were always late back to school lol, we had to get creative and go in a different entrance and try not to be caught, she was nasty lol.

I would have been there 1970 to 75. I was in bede, Mr jolley was head, mrs ormrod and mr walker were vise. Dorathea Zebrowski was in my year lol. I think everyone remembers her!! what year where you there?

Sorry about the late reply. I remember Bernard Woodhead, and one or two of the other names ring a bell. I was definatly around in the sixties as well. But the memory's not brilliant.

Hi just read your message, you dont say which of Franny's sons you are talking about. Frannys Dad and my Granddad were brothers His dad was Tom Franks and my Grandad was Francis Franks who was my Mother Joan's dad. I remember Jason, Howard, Who I think sadly Died and and two more whos names I cannot remember. My name is Mary . I think Franny is currently living in Thailand !! It was nice to hear from you xx
