Hi all on the 'part time' fourm there was a thing on accy stanley suppoters youth team is this still continueing ? cause i put my name down?
 
wouldn't be surprised if nothing happens, doesn't really make sense if you think about it. who would play them? why would people stop playing for stanley fans f.c and join the youth team? how would we get kits/transport/training/management etc. sorted?
 
Don't be so negative lads, sounds a good idea to me, but it needs talking through with loweiy, there are local youth leagues you know.:thumbsup:

:rose8: Sorry got wrong end of the stick, is the sat morning league still going? maybe one or two of the adults could organize a team for the kids.
 
I'm up for helping but no good at football training:eek: not to bad at organising and shouting at kids:)

:rose8: From the US of A, the boys team's not bad but a bit behind in UK standards, although the girls team is very good and I would think could give some pro ladies teams a good run for there money. Sat morning is a bad time... what about away games.. people need to set off early
 
i may be able to get down for some sunday games, we have family in bury and we stay the weekend round their house quite a lot.
 
If somebody steps up to the plate to run the team then I can give them some numbers and a bit of advice but not Time sorry!!

I will ask at the meeting tonight for help

am I correct in saying that Accrington Stanley has a supporters team ??
If so how do you join it ? and do you have to be a certain age ? and when do they play games ?
and if your talking about starting some kind of team up and your looking for players I would happily play for you, just tell me when and where, I am quite good on a park !, just need to get back to match fitness.
