Get an empty glass bottle with narrow neck(like the old ancient sterilised milk bottles) Hold the bottle upside down and get a lighted taper and insert into bottle. After the flame goes out stick said opening of bottle onto said boil. Within 5 seconds you will hear an extremely loud scream and bottle will be full of puss from said boil. Not really to be reccomended but that's what my granny did. Old fashioned remedies what.!!!!
Yes Terry......I bet she tied string round your loose teeth and tied it to a door handle too.......My gran used to make either a bread poultice......or put a sugar and soap dressing on boils...... both of them always worked a treat...... though I am not quite sure how she decided which boil would have which treatment.
He is a teenager Lettie (16) and last night refused to go out of the house. Differant story today as i said no college means no going out over the weekend. Think he's going to live with it for a few days.
