After the fall.

And I don't mean in the Autumn.

Ma phoned to ascertain that I was not mortally wounded from the tumble down her back steps. Think she was bothered that I might call one of these accident firms -hey.......that's an idea (:D).

She was saying that she wished it had been her instead of me.
I told her 'don't talk daft woman......you could have broken something...like a hip'
and she came back with 'Well so could you'
Cheek!

I told her I was more bothered about my red duffle coat...my bruises will fade.....the duffle coat looked like it might need the hand of a professional cleaner.
I wasn't exactly sure how to get green moss out of fabric.....but I was sure going to give it a try.

A little while later....after the Aconite(for shock) I diluted some Surf Biological liquid and sprayed it on the stains...left it for a while and then put my little hand held steamer to use.
The stains have now departed.......so no need to go to Johnsons.

I didn't get many offers to help with the application of the Arnica cream......in fact that is a lie. I didn't get ANY...you miserable lot!
(I've managed now anyway...so don't bother offering now).

cheers margaret, i was thinking more of whiskey as a natural remedy, although it has been known to cause the fall.:D

i can see it hasn't knocked your sense of humour, do take care.......mez x x x

Mez, I was more hurt that I didn't get any offers to rub ointment into my bruises...I reckon that somewhere I must've lost my charm....either that or they've seen my vest blowing on the line.....great 'turn off' vests!
