Fantastic streamer display. But how will anyone in Accrington wipe their @r$e tonight?

Lol, enough streamers to fill Alty's recycling bin for months.:)

A scrappy match, but three points.:)

Jonsey was great in goal.:)

2 words for tonights performance........

Crap & Amazing!

Great effort from the Ultras tonight good streamer display n in good voice with no roof ( where used to that :D)

Stuart Jooones!!

Personally that would be a tad difficult... Our coach organisers were told well before the game they were not welcome in the bar (and this is as far as I understand it) before during or after the game so why would they even try??

To be honest I were suprised at Alty all credit to em, tonight they played some good football and there centre midfield was very good.....if they play like that this season they wont go down...BUT.... at the end of the day if we can play so poorly like that and come away with 3 points thats fantastic! and thats what we did!

Such a happy man!!!! :D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

COME ON MIDFIELD ITS GAPING ESPECIALLY GOING BACK. But as above we'll take the 3 points everytime!!! Well done ultras and was it confirmed that welch def got goal??? Most were convinced it was matty!

Finally.............. Liner = shambles

Welch goal. None of us in press box could work it out. Nightmare. Matty has claimed the goal but I think he headed the keepers arm rather than touched the ball.

Anyway from my perspective:

Ultras getting better by the game. Looked quality from where I was. Plenty of noise and the streamers were genius. I'm ashamed put I was ****ing myself during the minute silence. Those poor kids. You all made a right mess. PLease do it again on Saturday!!!!!

Team performance wasn't great but you could always sense that there was one in the bag from somewhere and so it proved although it was the hardest goal to describe ever!

Jones was brillant, what he called a 'perfect start to his Stanley career. His enthusiasm and attitude will rub off on the other players most certainly. He loved the song and he also says you lot are the best fans he's known (and he's had 6 or 7 clubs remember).

He wants you to be like that at every game though, so keep it up guys. You may have won Stanley the match tonight!!!

maybe we should split ourselves behind both goals then we can give jonesy the support he enjoyed so much tonight.... the little sweetie :)

During the minute's silence, you could hear a pin drop. How can that be disrespectful?

I beg to differ, Tin Monkey. During the minute's silence, you could hear the streamers being moved off the pitch!
Still, would echo the sentiments from previous posts, not a good game at all, but still came away with the three points. Stuart Jones was superb, loved the new song!
Roll on Saturday!!!

Ok, couldn't make it to the game, can someone enlighten us on the new song for Jones please.

Heard it for forst time last night, Bottletop, so can't remember all words but it's to the tune of Spandau Ballet's "Gold". I'm sure someone will be able to tell you more.
