After l think nearly five weeks in hospital, Aunt Ros is coming out today. She had a final lot of tests yesterday, and it's looking more likely that she will be able to get some sort of treatment, dependent on these final results.

Tuesday was a horrible day. They basically said she was too ill to be treated and said she might as well go home. She was heart broken and wouldn't stop crying. Last night however she had some hope and had regained some of her fighting spirit, of which she has lots!

As Sisters, her and Mum couldn't have looked more different. As children Mum was blond, and so thin she had to have free malt at school. Ros was round and red haired and apple cheeked and everyone thought she was a little doll. Of course by the time they were teenagers in the 60's Mum was Ossy's equivalent to Bridget Bardot, blond slim and busty being preferable to red haired and 'meaty'.

As Sisters their temperaments are very different too. Mum has a very long fuse, were as when Aunt Ros blows, she blows. l hope some of this fire will help her to get through the coming weeks.

I know she loves me, like she does us all. Like a red maned lioness she'd kill to protect her own. Well come on, we're fine. Use your fire to protect yourself and get better.

We need and love you.

Life is full of choices and some times their made for us. That doesn’t mean we have to accept them, we can choose to fight and should one other stand with us then we become twice as strong.

I am sure that many people are standing with you and Aunty Ros and that many prayers and wishes have been sent. Blessings are with you….have faith and where faith eludes you, just believe in the love you share.
