Avoid Eastgate

Tragic and one of those random acts that shock us all, RIP to all

12 years ago a bloke I knew at work was walking across London Bridge with his young family when a car did similar knocking him over the side and into the river. They never found him.....

Update on the news, the investigation is focussed on the medical condition of the driver, they are also looking at the mechanical condition of the car and have not ruled out the possibility of another vehicle being involved.

What a real shame. RIP to all concerned.

The family should also be praised for allowing her organs to be used, a brave decision considering what they have been through

We become almost immune to bad news but this has really upset everybody, it's just so sad for everybody involved, dreadful

You're right Wadey ... it's as if a black cloud is hanging over Hyndburn, and everyone feeling the pain of these sad losses of life even though we did not know them. Myself included.

I feel heartbroken for the families involved its such a terrible tragedy as bernadette said he is back with his mum now, god bless you all X
