At all costs......if you are awaiting a delivery and you get a card through your door from these idiots it will cost you a fortune in phone calls and you may never see you`re parcel....its a long story but i`ve been told different stories and led a merry dance on the phone this week by these clowns...they even accused me of lying when i said i was in and working in the front garden all day so its impossible i missed them......they are a franchaise and preston based so just be aware.........:mad:
 
The `owner` even `terminated his conversation`(as he put it) with my wife and would`nt listen to her......We have never dealt with such rude unprofessional people in our lives.....AVOID
 
that sounds a bit dodgy!

i only asked in case it was summat interesting,i am really bored!
 
One of the parcels is very interesting but i`m not telling you nosey cow...:D

May God Help You............you will probably be ok but its a long complicated story but after speaking to the person who calls himself `the owner`, he has no person or customer relation skills.......i might even contact the Lancashire Evening Post......!!!
 
The firm who you bought from need telling that the courier they use is rubbish.

The fastest and best I have found is DHL - 2days to get from California, and you can track the parcel on its way via Wilmington Ohio, Birmingham airport, Manchester depot and then on the van for delivery.

Well the fella will be sorting it out so will let ya know:D lol

Never even heard of em until I got the card, and then you were on here saying about em lol
 
So what have they done?
Said they aint gonna deliver it again?

How did they get past ya to leave the card if ya were in the garden all day? lol

They told me and then my wife very rudely they will not be coming again....none of the tracking numbers match the cards they left and in answer to you`re second question......i must have been wearing my invisibility cloak again..........:rolleyes:
 
A common method used by debt collection agencies is to send/leave you a card to say they have something they need to deliver or you weren't in. By ringing them back they confirm that you do actually live in the house they sent the card to.

If you are expecting a delivery of goods then the best way is to check with the peple who sent the goods which method they have used.

We did and the Walton Summit based franchaise is unfortunately the ones being used......:mad:
 
Have I missed something, or have you not posted who the couriers are, I cant see it in the thread, and we use a lot of couriers!
