Well I thought I should make the effort and begin to write once more in my journal. It seems ages since I made the last entry and I know my masses of supporters are gripped to hear what I have been up to lately.
Well last night I went to my first ever football match along with Garinda and Lindsay from here. Lindsay of course is an avid supporter of Accrinton Stanley and so she invited me along to last nights game. Me personally not being the greatest of football fans was suprised to find myself going along, an even greater shock to my mother.
Garinda was hooked by the whole thing and signed up there and then. I wouldn't be suprised if he even tries out for a place in the team next season lol.......... I was less impressed lol. I had a good time though and thank Lindsay for giving me the opportunity to go, but it still has not managed to lure me into the football supporters club just yet. If I go again I may just take a packed lunch and a good book lol.
Though saying this, I very nearly did not go at all.
Two days previous to this I was viciously poisoned by an evil bag of jellytots and literally spent the following days suffering in bed. So beware, cute little sweets they may seem... but they hide a darker side.
I also got to meet Lettie, Sparkologist, Wingy, Darby and his son in the stag after the match and had a good time there, though still feeling a bit off colour wasnt drinking much and therefore was a bit quiet, but next time I should be back on form lol.
