Bedside Table

Resting in Peace
Overlooker
OK .. bored and sticky.

What you got on your bedside table, that way we can tell what sort of person you might be. No cheating .. go and look.

I'll start: Lamp, radio clock repeater alarm, reading glasses, glass of water, ashtray, fags and lighter, HRT tablets, regenerating night cream, Saturday's Daily Mail.

Conclusion: Over 50, no fear of fire, HRT/cream .. ever hopeful of keeping up the hormones and wrinkles disappearing, fading eyesight, slow reader, reluctant to get up in the morning .. dehydration from overload of wine .. not a good picture, eh?

You next.

Packet of Polo mints, phone, mobile phone, alarm clock.

I don't know if you can tell my personality from that, Probably someone who doesn't like to be late for work, likes to keep in touch and suffers from indigestion.

I have a RAM. :p And he’s a big sod, actually he’s a door stop I got as a present but I just love him to bits, you might have seen him if you’ve been around Dobbies in the last twelve months. :)

I also have a TV and DVD remotes and a stack of books. Spike Milligan, Tom Sharp and Terry Pratchett. :)

That’s it really……………Now if you'd ask about what’s on the computer desk?

forgot you had a dobbies. we've got the biggest one here, infact the biggest garden centre in europe and the biggest mazes in the world, so they say. Nothing on my table is from there though. Infact very little of what I've collected is from there.

A simpsons light thing, 3 empty glasses, a packet of 'dark' fox sweets, a pair of glasses, half a packet of juiCY FRuit chewing gum, a ice lolly stick, Ubuntu Linux CD (:D), a stick of RAM (512mb i think!), a plate, some old medicene, straighteners, unopened redbull, a wireless card, and a bunch of cd's with no labels on them, but I know they all have something on them.

The tables only about 0.5m x 0.5m too. :D

Conclusion? Messy.

I've only got a tiny table too because I know how messy I am - so the smaller the surfaces the less mess.

Radio alarm clock, notepad and pen - and that's it!

Guess all that tells about me is that I like to get up on time and I need some way of noting down those middle of the night ideas that I have.

The usual stuff - reading glasses, watch, keys, a book (a western by Louis L'Amour), personal CD player, CDs...but also present are the same two Accrington Corporation buses that Doug has!

You can take the boy out of Accy etc etc...

well mines got , table lamp, book, antihistamine tablets c/d /clock/radio...o & my cup which i havn't brought down to wash yet .

Mines got a copy of Katie Price's book Jordon, a glitter lamp a nintendo DS Lite, a pen a mobile phone charger a crystal angel a picture of my daughter and one of those horrible tick toc clocks that you wind up but its not wound.

All bog standard i think.

i always remember an old boyfriends mum tellin me that as she got older the size of her bedside table got bigger! i thought her head had gone but no.... she spoke the truth!
heres mine.... cup of tea, glass of water, tablets for (in alphabetical order) underactive thyroid, high cholesterol, prozac, headache. night face cream, anti aging cream, moisturiser for body, ashtray, baccy tin n lighter, current book .... :o

Cd player....a pile of assorted Cd's....but the top one at the moment is 'Under an Iron sea'.......lip salve (got to keep the lips kissable...even though I'm having no offers lately).......pair of heavy duty nail clippers for the hooves......some Aqueous cream......a pen and a pad of sticky notes.
No alarm clock, I have a very effective alarm clock and he is called Monty...wakes me up at 5am in summer.....I get a lie in in winter until 6am.
Monty is my big Main Coon cat...for those not in the know.
