And of course not forgetting to wipe your feet on the way out. If you stood in the same spot for too long you stuck to the carpet.
Worked behind the bar in 1987/88 .... The managers couldnt hoover the carpets cause the hoover stuck to the floor ! It had to be swept everynight with a stiff brush.
