Nightworks can only work 8 hrs in any one go.

At my company the nightshift is 9 3/4 hours. From 8:45pm till 6:30am Monday till Thursday inc. Some lads work Friday night and sometimes Sunday night as overtime.

Thanks for your info on this. Another of the lads is now doing guarding work instead of packing meat and is a lot happier!
