Had a fab night out last night. It was my friend Vinny's birthday on monday, so the girls all managed to get a night out together. We went to Monte Cristo for a meal and it was great to catch up with everybody. Our nights out have certainly changed. Gone are the nights when we dressed up to the nines, went into pubs and clubs and danced the night away. We now go for sedate meals, a glass of wine and a good chat. When we were in our twentys we could never envisage enjoying the meal/chat kind of night, but it is lovely.
We all got home in time to watch Lost when normally we would have all been saying "where are we going next?"
Sparky comes home tonight, I'm really looking forward to seeing him again. I have missed him and a month away seems such a long time....
