Well its the 19th i have been over to Preston to see my mum and brother .
so its time to get ready for tomorrow so bag ready overnight stuff in bag right bath time .

ok all done we have to be up at 6-30am .
yawn morning clock goes off i think i will let Anne have another halve hour so at 7 i shout for Anne to get up she is not in a good mood "why do i have to get up in the middle of the night"?
hehe we have to be ready for the Ambulance to pick us up from 8am
7-30am ring BVH to make sure they have a bed no answer will ring after my brew i cant have anything to eat or drink after 8am
8am rang BVH ward 12 please hello its mr Blackledge here just making sure there is a bed ready ,yes there are plenty of beds come to ward 12 ok thankyou bye
So 8-30am no Ambulance yet 9am still not turned up 9-15 hooray its here Anne says about time i could have had a nother hour in bed .
Got to the hospital at 10am right now to find ward 12 i ask someone oh thats the cardiac wards its on the top floor er TOP floor thats about right go down this corrider turn left at the end all the way down that corrider up the stairs and its on the left ok so off we go ,
after walking for about 15 mins we come to the stairs up we go first floor lets make sure we will ask so a porter was going past is this near ward 12 no no you need to go back down the stairs halve way down that long corrider you will see a lift that says ward 10 get the lift to ward 12 great so all the way back finds the lift an gets to ward 12 .
we stand at the nurses station for ages when this nurse comes over.
aha Mr Blackledge can i have a word we have a problem er we dont have a bed for you .
Great you are joking sorry we have tried allover the hospital and cant find 1 spare bed i am sorry right so now what well you will have to go home and we will get another date for you to come in .
well thats ok but the Ambulance i came in has gone as i was stopping overnight so we have no transport er can you sit in the waiting area and we will see what we can do.
well they finally find an motorway Ambulance that was going our way so he came to collect use i was made to sit in a wheelchair with Anne trying to keep up all the way through the hospital hehe
i TELL YOU WE SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED THIS WITH MY LUCK we were back in accy for 11-15
so here we sit waiting again.
