How Yuk, I still feel not so great, banging headache and belly ache, sore throat..........fed up now! Ventured into Accy this morning to collect Neil's wedding ring from the jewellers and after a very short time decided to come home, was walking round like a zombie. Mind you probably due to being up since 5.30am zzzzzzzzz. So after spending tons of money in town, (I know, less than an hour down there and I spent loads??) £65 on Neil’s ring and wedding ring repair & resize £40 on perfume for mums birthday, and one of the diamonds has fallen out of my wedding ring so that’s in for repair/replace now! Not having much luck in the bling department lately are we?

Not much to report really as I am feeling less than 100% as is Neil and the boys..........at least we are getting the bugs out of the way before our holiday..........Said it now haven't I!! Oh yes and who ever reads my blog if you have any tips on flying with a young baby throw them our way please.............thanks.

Blogging out for now XXXXXXXXXX

I think this may be going around..... a neighbour called me out to have a look at her little boy with similar symptoms......would he have Calpol to bring his temperature down.......NO, he would not.....but he would have magic lemonade......then a spoonful of Calpol.

Tips for flying with a baby......well, I'm sure you know this one.....Even if Emily doesn't normally have a dummy...... take one with you..... babies can get really bad ear pain on landing.......another thing that also helps with the ear pain is Karvol decongestant capsules.

Hope you are all well soon. Tips for flying with a baby.... If you are breastfeeding it is easier, put her on the breast for take off and landing. It will reduce her ear pain, otherwise give her a bottle and a dummy. If you are giving formula, she will need extra fluids, take a bottle of cooled boiled water with you. If you are breastfeeding she will not need anything extra. Hope this helps.

Thanks for nothing lettie, you could have suggested keeping Emily on the breast for the whole flight :D
