boxing?

I used to love watching pro boxing but it's lost it's appeal to me now none of my favourites fight anymore. I'm hoping Amir Khan might make me take some interest again soon.

I think pro boxing is missing a show man like Naz, I used to prefer watching the heavy weights but Naz was excellent entertainment.

going to watch amatuer boxing in stockport tonight! any boxing people out there?

l can take it or leave it, but l was talking to Tinkerbelle about it and she likes to see two men go at it in the ring. l think women like it as much as men.

dont watch amateur except for khan but i watch pro and if amir khan beating kindalan was not enough Ricky Hatton beats Kostya Tszyu. This can only be good for British boxing.

hope some of you had the fortune to watch a brilliant display of boxing talent in the early hours of sunday morning ,that man hatten is awesome !he was supposed to be on the top table at the amateur boxing do i went to on thursday night, but he did not turn up because of the preparation for sunday morning. his opposition tszyu is reported to have suffered from a broken jaw?

only saw the highlights, but what a perfomance, tszyu is one of the best light-welters theres been for a long time, well done ricky hatton.

What a fight,Joe gave the Yank a proper hammering,won every round I think....................:hitting8:

:biggrin8: Don't you just love it when gobby Yanks coming over spouting their mouths off! .... I'd love to ask Lacy if Joe's 'slaps' hurt last night!!! :rofl38: :boxing_sm Boxed his friggin head off !! :D

That was the best display of boxing i have seen in all weights for the last 15-20 years!
It was insilirating from start to finish....

Reminds me of the glorious boxing of the eighties..ala Hearns, Sugar ray lenard, lloyd hunnigan ect.

It's just a big shame that the 'powers that be' stop most of the so called big time fighters facing a decient challenger more often.

p.s. good to see it back on the box and not the pay per view fiasco we have had to come so acustomed to!!:)

that was one entertaining fight,i still dont believe what i saw  lacy wont be showing his face for a long time!worth stopping up for.....:engsmil:
