Broad Beens

I have sprayed my Broad Beans with Liquid Derris twice this year , and have not seen one black fly on any parts of the plants .

I will be picking pods within the next two weeks .

If you have ever grown Broad Beans , Black flies usually cover them .

Will let you know how I get on with them .

The beans are doing brill . although the wind and rain has knocked them down too soil level .

Beans now been pulled up . Had a very big crop of beans , Very pleased with them .
