So, the legend that is David LLoyd will be playing for Accrington Cricket Club first team this Sunday in our home match against Burnley.
My kid bro is all over the papers with quotes and photos, it's a real event for us and it would be great to see people supporting us in our efforts to stay at the top of the Lancashire League and beat off the dingles !
Sky sports will have cameras at the ground and there is the chance of the odd cricketing celeb turning up, so it's a no brainer really !
Please come along and support the Club, it's a fun day !:):):)

I might have a look on, allthough my allegiance is strictly with the away team :)

You will be made very welcome, whatever the allegiance ( except Bacup obviously, and Haslingden, oh and Ramsbottom is a bit dicey.........;))

In short, the land of six fingered people. :p

I might succeed in dragging Lettie & Tealeaf along later in the afternoon, as Mr T is up from t'Smoke this weekend and we've arranged to meet him for a sesh in the Peel Park. :D

Heard him on the Sports Show on Radio Lancs this Evening, I really hope this works out for everyone connected with Accy CC:)

Great turnaround for the Club:)

Just remember to ask him if he has the correct glasses:cool:

Where do you want me to start ?
Seriously though there is healthy competition between the local league clubs and even more between clubs who have had players move round ie my bro moved from Bacup to Acc etc etc

When I first heard about Lloydy making a comback I thought it was a wind up, hope e doesn't do himself a mischief:D
