Well perhaps I may be old fashioned, but I just think its a bit odd to take up someones offer of a place to stay in a time of need and sit in their house on the internet all evening. I certainly wouldn't do it, and I don't know anyone else who would either. To me its a bit like taking over the TV remote in someone elses house.
I am supposed to protect my son, provide for him and keep him safe! not doing a very good job am i?
so.... i am single, homeless and a crap mum... anyone else want to have a go?
you can walk into a shelter and they will help you find accomodation. I know this from experience, so if you were struggling, you would have found somewhere. I dont need to keep hearing your story.
I think I'd be offering to help out with the housework personally. Thats the general thing that happens when you stay at someones house, whatever the situation.
bit like everybody else on here then eh !!!!!
The caravan park in haslingden is a well known drugs haven, the owner is a member of the well known sharky family, I would not recommend this for even a short term.
hmmm care to elaborate??? but maybe starting your own thread in anything goes??

The friend was picked up, fed, watered, bathed and given a warm bed. The £108 bill was picked up by myself. The Sharkey family I dont know, but I do know that the gobby owner was made to pipe down....kinda rethink their intent.
It just highlights the type of places that already vulnerable people are sent to...very sad.
Do feel, at times, that Blazey does ask the questions that we are wanting to at times, but daren't; lots on here jump on the bandwagon and nit-pit at every word she utters .. feel sometimes 'tis your nightime sport.
Nope have kept my mouth shut to alot of drivel she has said but she went too far this time and tbh some of the things she asks are way out of line anyway and I wouldn't dream of asking anyone that unless in private
I also did understand what Jambutty was trying say, and had thought deeply about helping her out myself, but used the same excuse that I didn't know her very well, and would have been an inconvenience to myself. I am no saint, but know if had been a friend or someone I know, would not have hesitated.
I suppose I am quite hardened with the job I do, but have also learnt the hard way in offering help (no disrespect to em) and the way jambutty jumped down everyone's throats was out of order anyway
Anyway Emma, glad you now comfy tonight and sure things will get sorted. Hope you will be able to attend a meet at some time, and then we can all get to know you personally .. x
