Crunch time for England tonight after Israel gave us a lifeline for qualifying:D

McClaren has dropped Beckham & Robinson for Wright-Phillips & Carson. Gareth Barry is expected to join Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Joe Cole in a five-man midfield, with Peter Crouch on his own up front & back four is tipped to be Micah Richards, Sol Campbell Joleon Lescott and Wayne Bridge.
Is this playing safe, a gamble or are we going to fluff it up again ??

England v Croatia
Wembley, London
Wednesday 21 November
Kick-off: 2000 GMT
Coverage: Live on BBC One & BBC Radio 5 Live

Gee hate to say told u so on a complete tactical fluff up on that formation, 2-0 down already:(

cant watch any more dogs b*lloc*s, gee i thought some stanley matches were bad this one takes the biscuit, typical england totally fluffed it up so far, painful to watch shear awful play despite being handed on a plate no effort at all:(

They were all thinking about their summer holidays next year either that or how much they can get as the 'experts' for sky etc.

Grrrr:mad: cant believe how crap they really played worse than non league judging on the long balls & crap passing, really they shouldnt get paid & as for McClaren .........i think he's been same school of tactics as coley - even i knew that formation was rubbish & thats what did it:mad:

Well its going to be a long summer a very long summer:( Stanleymad is England fuming  lol

its this simple to me- to play at home 4-5-1 in a match you need a result, no matter how good or bad they played, says everything you need to know about McLarens ability,or lack of it.:mad::mad:

I know! let's have a money spinning tour of America and then a long overdue Home Nations tourney instead!!!

fill up the FA coffers so that they can 'let go' of McLaren

Poor Beckham though, I know he ain't 'the man' anymore but he has been a good servant for England and deserved better than being stranded on 99 caps! the nearly man or what?

McBoring was apparently sacked last night. This mornings board meeting is to rubber stamp it.

!st thing that came up in my inbox hehee technically he should of been sacked as soon as he put up the team sheet:(

Thank god hes gone :) Happiest news ive heard in ages ! How could england not qualify! They had one of the easiest groups! :(:( They can expect to win anything if they cant even get one point against croatia! Deary me will be awfull to watch euros without england!

wouldn,t mind Martin O Neill, or Mourinho, doubt if either would take it though.one things certain to me- it will have to be a YES man, shudda been Brian Clough about 40 yrs ago but could never be cos he was not an ass licker.:(
