Dont know what to title this one it'll come to me when im typing it. Was round at my sisters last week and promised to make broth for tea with little nephews help this wednesday. (ok hes not so little he will be 16 in may but he got a big brother so will still be little nephew when hes 40 and got kids!) big nephew when he learnt about this said im going to uncles for tea then - and 5 mins later bro walked in called round to see sis - not expecting me to be there - and we were arguing about broth and big nephew says can you not make anything else!!! Yes course i can but your mum cant make broth and the rest of em like it - so tough! Bro says i havent had broth for a while im coming might as well taste your cooking little nephew see if it holds up to mum's broth. Like ive said before - my mums broth was good - and everytime i made it for her mine was rubbish but this year seems to be a difference and its good. Even spug liked it when he got it the weekend in Jan when he came down. Anyway like i said in the posts sisters comp was playing up - so i said well little nephew can make the broth and i'll play on the comp - try and clean it up etc. But still have to go up hassy to get the broth makings - meet me at the sports centre when i finish. Little nephew - ok. Finishes work - no little nephew - wondering where the hell he was. Got the junior football forms for my little great nephew and dropped em off round at nieces and tried ringing him no answer. Gets round to sisters - hes there just coming downstairs!!! Where were you - did mum not ring you this morning - i had to stay after school she was supposed to ring you and tell you. Well she didnt - good job i'd gone down accy on tuesday and got all the broth makings took em with me to work and stuck em in the fridge!!! So had great fun trying to sort sisters comp out with little nephews questions in the background - when do i put the veg in, when do i put this dried stuff in (when the pans nearly boiling over). Ok sis comes home - says sorry jen i forgot to ring you until t'other half said did you ring jen on the way home!!! Thought id have to dig something out of the freezer for tea. Next was well bro is coming for tea - where was he? He'd forgotten about it and went to the gym in hassy - he'd just got home when i rang him to ask him where he was!!! Down in 20 mins!!! He arrived - said it was better than mums - thats saying something seeing as he was the official broth taster in our house - we always made sure we got ours first before him otherwise we'd never have got any!!! He went off playing snooker, and sis said just leave the comp i said i'll show little nephew how to defrag it first - god it needed it - there wasnt that much blue in it most of it was red all over the place. Left it running on defrag and said ok i'll come down tomorrow afternoon and have another go at it then. When i left sisters it was 4% thro its defrag - it had been running for 45 mins!!!
