Dare I go back to the confession thingy?
My father always left his loose change on the fireplace and I sneaked two bob now and again to buy some ciggies (I was around seventeen at the time). I didn't know that my brother was doing the same thing!! Father might not have noticed two bob going missing but he certainly missed four!!
As you might guess, my brother denied it and I got all the blame.

I know someone who would love to have this sort of information on me - I'm not going to spill the beans though!

Well to get things back on topic.........I used to live in Preston and had a paper round which was in an area called walton-le-dale down London road i had a bike as it was a big round and the last few houses were on very open ground the last house being a Farm house with loverly Apple trees and Pear trees it was the last house on my round so i had a big empty bag .
That farmer would chase me to the end of the field then let me go i used to make it most times but got caught once and got a clip round the ear and had to give my spoils back hehe funny i always got the biggest chrismas tip off them
