I'm so in shock a great Stanley mate and work colleague for a while and know his family well.

Its true Dave. Absolute top top topppp bloke. Stanley through and through and was a genuinely nice guy! Always had time for a chat about whatever and always supported the reds wherever and whenever!

Ill miss your face around the place and il never forget that awful shirt you went out with at torquay!

Don't think we ever said more than a few words to one another (even though I can picture him at nearly every game I've been to from being yay-high) but he always gave me a 'you're a Stanley fan aren't ya, how do!' nod on passing. Such tragic, tragic news puts everything else into perspective.

RIP fella.
