Desktop Icons

My little boy has been messing about with the computer and has somehow managed to get rid of all the icons on my desktop.

Is there a way to get them all back at once or am I going to have to do them all seperate from the programmes menu??

Please help.. my desktop lots very barren!!!

Right click on desktop, arrange icons by, show desktop icons
Try that

Takes a few seconds to refresh once you have selected show icons

You could use System Restore to reset your computer to a time before the incident happened

I am now very wary of using System Restore.
In March , in the middle of restoring - lost power supply -on restart I had had a 'crash' - needed reformatting - had lost everything.
