Seen him just twice, but think he is a very promising player :)

Conducts himself well, both on and off the pitch.

Looks very assured and talks very well - very mature :)

Find it hard to believe that he was playing for Southport last season

Pity he is on loan...................

:)

FANtastic interview by Doug on Website, Twitter Etc.

What a great lad and what a brilliant outlook, will go very far...... :)

:)

As good an interview of any player I’ve heard in a long time. And, on the field, he’s quickly made himself an essential part of the squad. Well done to him, and to the staff for securing his services for Stanley.

Wonder if Doug will be allowed to play on Tuesday???

Not sure of the rules, or the position of the parent Club??

:)

It was reported on the fishy site in one of the early rounds that he was cup tied rather than the host club refusing to let him play, hence my assumption that he must have still been playing for Southport. Lazy reporting!
