Just to let you know Ian had his appendix out last night, he has been on fluids only today, if he can manage to keep food down tomorrow, he may be home on Friday.

Sore but OK. No sign of any bed bath though

They don't let you have the offending appendage anymore. they shifted me up to ward 18 last night and the bed was REALLy uncomfy. They were a lot more genrous with the brews though. I only got two yesterday on ward 1. I had 6 before I left today!

Now I don't want any jokes, merriment or anything else that will make me laugh, Normal service I assume then
